The ‘Nose Ring’ exercise for imagination and intention.

A common key to success (with any goal) is a focused intention, an active imagination, and taking appropriate action. Rumor has it that we humans use less than 15 percent of our potential abilities. Lets consider the possibility that we can increase that percentage when we exercise (and thus strengthen) our ability to imagine and intend.

Portions of the information offered here intend to increase that percentage and encourage your innate abilities to listen to the clues within your clients and your own body. The goal is to further enhance the bodies' balancing act, reduce tension, and strengthen it's natural built-in maintenance and repair mechanisms.

SO.. Imagine you have your nose ring in today, and there is a 10 foot long rope attached. Now lets pretend there is someone on the other end of that rope pulling thus creating a rather uncomfortable tension.

Got the picture?

Where is the pain? Most likely in your nose.

What might be some of the components contributing to your pain? The jerk at the other end of the rope might be one component.

Often times pain throughout your body can be compared to this situation, whereas the point of pain is often the result of distant or regional tensions. A low back tension can affect the mid back. (see illustration below).

The Berry Method® of Corrective massage and stretching identifies and corrects the contributing tensions, reducing those tensions and encouraging muscular re-balancing and a return to ease. Often times the pain just goes away!!!
