A common key to success (with any goal) is a focused intention
and active imagination. Rumor has it that we humans use less than
15 percent of our potential abilities. Lets consider the possibility
that we can increase that percentage when we exercise (and thus
strengthen) our ability to imagine and intend.
Portions of the information offered here intend to increase that
percentage and encourage your innate abilities to listen to the
clues within your clients and your own body. The goal is to further enhance the
bodies' balancing act, reduce tension, and strengthen it's natural
built-in maintenance and repair mechanisms.
SO.. Imagine you have your nose ring in today, and there is a
10 foot long chain attached. Now lets pretend there is someone
on the other end of the chain pulling and applying a rather uncomfortable
tension.
Got the picture?
Where is the pain? Most likely in your nose.
What is causing the pain? The jerk at the other end of the chain.
Often times pain throughout your body can be compared to this
situation, whereas the point of pain is often the result of a
distant or regional tension. A low back tension can affect the
mid back. (see illustration).
This corrective massage and stretching system identifies the
primary contributing tension, reduces that tension and encourages
that muscular region's re-balancing and return to ease. ...
