Allow yourself time before and after your session. Walking afterward
serves to amplify and continue the re-balancing process. This is important,
so set the time aside. The sessions last approximately 30-45 minutes,
though they can go longer, especially your first session.
What to WEAR
Heading north from the 'Y', before the large
red sign, move into the left lane. 
Turn in here.
Now you are in the Parking lot.
Enter here and go up the stairs.
At the top of the stairs, off to your left is the
entrance to Alpensong Healing Arts. Come in, take off your shoes,
and have a seat.
If you need the elevator, let me know.

This is the view coming south on Arlington approaching the intersection
of Arlington and California. Directly
behind the photographer is "The Chocolate Bar".
Enter at the arrow, go up the stairs, turn left...walk down to
room 210.
have a seat.
